We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Mellott technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Mellott crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Mellott technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Catching one of these early usually means a smaller repair bill and a lot less stress for Mellott homeowners.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
That white powder on basement walls is mineral residue left behind as water passes through the concrete.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
Whatever's going on with your Mellott property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Mellott emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
